Enterprise PD: Man arrested, charged with breaking into 2 vehicles | Crime

On Sunday, April 29, at approximately 3:30 AM, the Enterprise Police Department received a call from a resident on Jasmine Circle in Enterprise after he observed several male subjects and a dark colored pick-up truck in the street near his house. He also noticed the interior light on in his vehicle was on and the door ajar. The complainant was able to give a description of the suspects and the vehicle to responding officers. Officers stopped the vehicle a short distance away. The driver and passengers were questioned and during the investigation officers observed property in the truck belonging to the resident from Jasmine Circle. Officers also discovered additional stolen property from another vehicle burglary on Jasmine Circle. Dewayne Todd Colbert Jr. 21, of 207 Brookwood Drive was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.
